Refunds and Exchanges
All items are considered FINAL sale unless you received a defective, wrong and/or damaged item.
If by any chance you are unsure about an item being eligible for a refund, return or exchange, please e-mail: contact@lonelystar.us
Refunds will be given in the form of the original payment.
If an item is exchanged we cannot guarantee that the requested items will be available by the time you send us your returned merchandise. Please contact us immediately if you need a different size or replacement item. If your items are no longer available, a store credit will be issued to use on a different item in our shop. Items must be in brand new, unused condition, with the tags attached / original item packaging to qualify for an exchange. You will be responsible for return postage and shipping costs to receive the new item.
